Typesetting, or the laying out of text in an attractive fashion across the page, is an important aspect of publishing, and one in which whole libraries have been written.

Our clients include national best-selling authors to publishers to journals and small media publications. We have produced journals, legal documentation, trade publications, magazines and books that encompass a wide range of subject areas.

The Writer’s Assistant will typeset book length manuscripts, literary journals, publications, magazines, etc. for minimal fees, saving you time and money. We will also insert internal artwork, if required, to fit client's specifications. Each project is different. Therefore, turnaround time may differ according to each project’s specifications.

» For novels and straight typesetting, our fee is $2.50 per typeset page.
» For handbooks, manuals, magazines, etc., please call 301.390.3645 for quote.
» For editorial changes made after typesetting, there will be a $40 per hour charge.
» Proofreading is an additional $1.00 per page.
» A 50% deposit is required.
